Warranty Policy
At Zella, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer warranty coverage on select items for a defined period, usually between 6 to 12 months from the date of purchase, depending on the product.
Our warranty is intended to give you peace of mind when it comes to genuine manufacturing issues, but does not apply to wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship
- Internal component failure under normal and intended use
What Is Not Covered
- Physical or accidental damage
- Wear and tear from regular use
- Improper installation, misuse, or modification
- Water or heat damage unless the product is explicitly rated for it
- Loss, theft, or cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents
Claim Requirements
To process a warranty claim, you must:
- Provide a valid proof of purchase such as an invoice or bill
- Share clear images or videos that show the defect
- Ensure that the item is still within the warranty period
Approved claims will be replaced with the same model. We do not offer repair services or refunds under warranty.
Important Notes
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
- Any product with signs of tampering or physical damage will not be eligible
- Zella reserves the right to evaluate and approve claims based on internal guidelines
