Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

Warranty-Based Replacement

If your product has a valid manufacturing defect within the warranty period, it will be replaced with the same model after inspection. Products showing physical damage, wear, or misuse will not qualify.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the product is received, your refund will be credited within 3 business days through the original mode of payment.

Shipping Charges

For non-defective returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless specified otherwise in writing.
