By accessing this website or purchasing from Zella (Zella Techpro Private Limited), you agree to abide by the following Terms of Use. These terms are designed to protect both our customers and Zella, and ensure transparency in all transactions.
 
1. Product Usage
•All products sold by Zella are designed for personal and professional use within photography, automotive, IT, and mobile accessories.
•Products must be used strictly as per the manuals, safety instructions, and guidelines provided.
•Prohibited usage includes tampering, modifying internal parts, using incompatible accessories, exposing to extreme heat or water, or reselling without authorization.
•Any misuse or unauthorized alterations will void warranty and release Zella from liability.
 
2. Orders and Delivery
•Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and product availability.
•Standard order processing time is 1–2 business days, while bulk orders may take longer.
•Delivery timelines typically range from 3–7 working days depending on location and courier networks.
•Customers receive SMS/email tracking details once the order is dispatched.
•Zella will not be liable for delays due to courier partners, strikes, regulatory restrictions, or natural calamities.
•Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the courier takes custody of the shipment.
 
3. Pricing & Payment
•All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
•Zella reserves the right to revise pricing due to supplier changes, market shifts, or tax updates without prior notice.
•Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets, processed securely through PhonePe and other PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
•Incomplete, failed, or fraudulent transactions will result in order cancellation.
 
4. Warranty
•Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, as specified for each product at purchase.
•Exclusions: damage due to mishandling, power fluctuations, unauthorized service, normal wear and tear, or accidental breakage.
•Warranty claims require the original invoice, product serial number, and proof of defect (photos/videos).
•Zella may repair, replace with the same model, or offer an equivalent model if the original is discontinued.
 
5. Returns and Exchanges
•Returns are accepted only under the Refund & Returns Policy.
•Eligibility: products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with manuals, tags, and accessories intact.
•Return Window: Customers must initiate return requests within 3 days of delivery. Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.
•Shipping Costs: For non-defective returns, shipping charges are borne by the customer. In case of defective or wrong product deliveries, Zella will bear return shipping costs.
•Refunds: Once approved and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment mode within 3 business days. Refund timelines may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
•Exchanges: Eligible only for products with verified manufacturing defects. Physical damage or misuse is not eligible for exchange.
 
6. Cancellation Policy
•Orders can be cancelled by contacting Zella before dispatch.
•Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated under the return/refund process.
•Zella reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent orders without liability.
 
7. Intellectual Property
•All logos, trademarks, product designs, manuals, packaging, website content, and marketing materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Zella Techpro Private Limited.
•Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use of these assets is strictly prohibited.
•Zella reserves the right to pursue legal action for infringement or misuse of its intellectual property.
 
8. User Responsibilities
•Customers must provide accurate shipping and billing details at checkout. Zella will not be liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
•Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials on the website.
•Zella reserves the right to suspend or block accounts engaging in fraudulent or abusive activity.
 
9. Privacy & Data Protection
•Zella is committed to safeguarding customer data.
•Personal information (name, contact details, address, payment info) is collected only for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
•Zella does not sell or misuse personal data. Information may be shared with logistics providers, payment partners, or government agencies when required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction
•Zella’s liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
•We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as loss of business, profit, or downtime.
•All disputes will be governed by the laws of India and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
