Zella offers Pan India delivery through our network of trusted logistics partners. We aim to ensure every order reaches you quickly and safely.
Order Processing :
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of receiving confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timelines :
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service.
- Tracking details are shared via SMS or email so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Zella shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges :
- If applicable, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
International Shipping :
- At this time, Zella does not offer international shipping. We currently serve only within India.
