Exchange Policy

At Zella, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. While we do not offer general exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions.

You are eligible for an exchange only if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect that falls under the warranty terms
  • The product shows no signs of physical damage or usage
  • If approved, the exchange product will be redelivered with 5 working days.

If your request meets the above criteria, we will replace your product with the same model. Exchange requests must be raised within the valid warranty period. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that came with it.

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Items that show signs of wear, physical damage, or misuse
  • Requests made after the warranty window has passed
  • Items without proper proof of purchase or invoice
